No custody and no execution
- ExitLedger does not take custody of crypto, securities, or other assets.
- ExitLedger does not ask for private keys or seed phrases.
- ExitLedger does not execute trades or place exchange orders for you.
- You remain responsible for reviewing and completing any transaction outside ExitLedger.
Plans, simulations, and estimates
Exit plans, projected proceeds, simulator outputs, tax estimates, and readiness indicators are planning tools. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are not guarantees of performance, price, tax treatment, liquidity, or execution.
User-controlled alerts
Alerts are configured by the user. You choose the plans, targets, and delivery methods you want to use. Alerts may be delayed, undelivered, or unavailable, so you should not rely on ExitLedger as your only source of market or account information.
SMS notifications
If you opt into SMS alerts, ExitLedger may send target reminders, saved plan reminders, and account-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your settings and plan activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
- You are responsible for evaluating whether a plan is appropriate for you.
- You are responsible for your own tax, legal, and financial decisions.
- You are responsible for securing your account and devices.

ExitLedger may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We aim to operate a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
