• Portfolio information and holdings you enter or import into ExitLedger.
• Public wallet addresses you choose to connect for read-only balance tracking.
• Phone numbers if you choose to enable SMS alerts.
• Alert preferences, saved exit plans, simulator inputs, and planning history.
• Usage, device, log, and security information used to operate and protect the service.

• Provide ExitLedger portfolio planning, exit ladder, simulator, and alert features.
• Send user-controlled account, target, saved plan, and reminder notifications.
• Maintain reliability, security, support, and fraud prevention.
• Improve product quality and troubleshoot issues.

ExitLedger is non-custodial planning software. We may store public wallet addresses you add so we can display balances and planning context, but we do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or withdrawal permissions.

SMS notifications are optional and user-controlled. We use phone numbers only to send ExitLedger messages you request, such as target reminders, saved plan reminders, and account-related notifications.

• SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are not sold.
• Mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
• You can reply HELP for support information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell wallet addresses, phone numbers, SMS consent data, or account information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing categories and are not shared with any third parties.

We use trusted service providers for hosting, security, payment processing, SMS delivery, analytics where applicable, and market data. These providers are used to operate ExitLedger and are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to keep ExitLedger reliable and protected.

• You can update or remove optional wallet and alert information inside the app.
• You can disable SMS alerts or reply STOP to opt out.
• You can request help, deletion, or privacy support by emailing support@exitledger.app.
